System & Application Development (Full-Stack Web Development)

• Participate in designing, building, and developing the company’s internal applications and products across both Frontend and Backend.
• Apply Vibe Coding: Fully leverage the power of AI to accelerate brainstorming, coding, and debugging, ensuring rapid and efficient deployment speed.
• Build and develop RESTful/GraphQL APIs to facilitate communication between services and AI integration.

AI Agent Development & Integration

• Research, design, and develop AI Agents based on technical specifications to serve various departments (Marketing, HR, Sales, SEO, etc.).
• Integrate LLM APIs: Directly integrate APIs of Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini…) into the company’s software systems.
• Process Automation: Collaborate closely with non-tech teams (Marketing, HR, Sales…) to analyze manual processes and transform them into AI-driven automated workflows.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct thorough testing, detect issues (hallucinations, logic errors), and optimize Agent workflows to ensure high stability before operational deployment.

Training & Documentation

• Draft accessible, easy-to-understand technical documentation and user guides for AI tools targeted at non-tech personnel.
• Support the organization of internal training sessions on how to apply AI to daily workflows.
• Gather feedback from end-users, propose enhancements, and continuously update documentation whenever the systems or tools are upgraded.

Professional Capability Full-Stack Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer (Proficient in Node.js, Python, or equivalent for Backend; ReactJS/NextJS for Frontend).

Vibe Coding & AI Tools Skills:

• Proficient in the “Vibe Coding” methodology – the ability to use natural language to prompt, direct, and interact with AI during programming, system architecture design, and debugging.
• Deep and continuous hands-on experience with next-generation AI-powered IDEs and coding assistants such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot…

AI Agent & LLM Skills:

• Practical experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
• Ability to build Agents through code (Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex) OR via automation platforms (n8n, Make, Dify, Flowise…) is a major advantage.

• Salary: 20 – 30 million VND/month, depending on practical experience and portfolio
