Job Description
1. Boosting rankings for internal project SEO “hotkeys”
– Research, categorize, and build keyword maps for SEO service keyword groups (“hotkeys”).
– Develop strategies, content, and internal linking structures for each hotkey.
– Optimize service landing pages based on search intent categories (brand, non-brand, and “money” keywords).
– Periodically monitor hotkey rankings and propose improvements in response to fluctuations.
2. Driving overall traffic to seongon.com and measuring performance via leads and traffic
– Develop and execute SEO traffic strategies aligned with the B2B customer journey.
– Analyze GA4 data, including sessions, engagement rates, events, and conversions.
– Analyze the traffic funnel (TOFU – MOFU – BOFU) and classify MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
– Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) on high-traffic pages to boost conversion rates.
– Report progress periodically based on traffic and lead KPIs.
3. Managing and optimizing the off-page booking process
– Establish and update quality assessment criteria for off-page websites (Guest Posts, PR, news site links, etc.).
– Standardize the list of off-page websites according to specific objectives.
– Propose improvements to off-page strategies to maximize long-term effectiveness for SEONGON’s projects and SEO products.
Candidate Requirements
1. Professional Knowledge:
– Deep understanding of modern SEO, including:
+ SEO for Google Search (organic, AI Overviews, Search Generative Experience)
+ Semantic SEO, Entity-based SEO, and Search Intent
+ The impact of AI, social media, and user behavior on search trends
– Thorough understanding of how Google and search platforms evaluate website quality, specifically:
+ E-E-A-T / Helpful Content
+ Off-page signals and spam risks
2. Tools:
– Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics / GA4
– Keyword and backlink research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent)
– Ability to leverage AI and analytical tools to research trends and insights
– Data visualization using Looker Studio
3. Mindset & Knowledge:
– Solid understanding of Search Intent across different funnel stages (Information, Investigation, Transaction)
– Conversion-led SEO mindset (SEO that drives revenue, not just traffic)
