Job Description
1. AI Agent Development
– Develop AI Agents according to technical specifications and assigned schedules—including agents to support various company departments such as Marketing, HR, Sales, SEO, etc.
– Test, debug, and optimize agents post-development to ensure stable performance before handover to the operations team.
– Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, and SEO teams to accurately understand the manual processes requiring automation.
– Create user manuals/documentation for each agent upon completion.
2. Training & Internal Documentation
– Prepare user guides for AI tools tailored to non-technical staff.
– Assist in organizing internal training sessions based on the Technical Lead’s program.
– Update documentation whenever tools undergo changes or upgrades.
– Gather internal user feedback and propose improvements.
Candidate Requirements
– Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent)
– Proficiency in at least one agent-building platform (Claude Code, n8n, Make, LangChain) or custom Python development
– Ability to understand non-technical teams’ operational workflows and translate them into automated processes
– Meticulous approach to testing; ensuring agents are stable before handover
– Strong documentation mindset: ability to create clear records that enable others to use and maintain the systems
– Ability to write clear, accessible documentation for non-technical users
– Patience and willingness to support non-technical staff as they familiarize themselves with new tools
– Proactive in gathering real-world feedback from internal users and proposing specific improvements
– Ability to track tool updates and keep documentation current
Interest
– Salary: 20 – 30 million VND/month, depending on practical experience and portfolio
