Job Description

1. Client Management

  • Receive objectives, requirements, and context from clients; analyze and align on the final brief.
  • Develop multi-channel communication plans/advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Zalo, TikTok…) and participate in proposal presentations.
  • Coordinate the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contract signing documents.
  • Maintain continuous communication to clarify requests, update changes, and accurately convey them to the execution team.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and deadlines of all deliverables (proposals, reports, documentation, creative assets…).

2. Project Management & Operations

  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments (Optimizer, Content, Design, Tech…) to ensure execution stays on track with the plan.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS…).
  • Proactively propose optimizations for budgets, channels, targeting, creatives, landing pages…
  • Prepare periodic reports clearly outlining: results – insights – optimization recommendations.
  • Manage project files (folders, documents, contracts, reports…) to ensure they are complete, accurate, and easily accessible for handovers.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through contract renewals, budget/channel expansions, and service cross-selling.

3. Professional Development

  • Optimize Performance Ads service operational workflows.
  • Package pitching experiences, case studies, and industry benchmarks/data.
  • Participate in improving service documentation, Credentials, and sales Materials.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience & Expertise

  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing/Digital; prior experience at a digital agency is preferred.
  • Understanding of advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Zalo) and the ability to read and analyze account metrics.
  • Familiarity with basic ad formats (Search, Display, Video, Social, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Zalo Ads, as well as supporting tools like Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Looker Studio, is preferred.

2. Work Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Effective time management and the ability to handle a high workload.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to create visually appealing slides and deliver professional presentations.
  • Data analysis and clear report generation.
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Income

  • Income: 12 – 18 million VND/month (based on competence).
