Job Description

Objective 1: Maintain Customer Relationships (40%)

Receive and handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding ongoing products and services.
Respond promptly to clients, acting as a bridge between customers and relevant internal departments.
Provide periodic reports to clients on executed results and milestones to ensure peace of mind and project satisfaction.
Analyze, clarify, and consult on appropriate solutions to elevate service quality and optimize efficiency for clients.

Objective 2: Project Management & Team Collaboration (30%)

Take over projects post-contract signing, collaborating with relevant departments to create and refine appropriate execution plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project timeline, quality, and potential risks during execution. Report promptly to managers on project status, encountered issues, root causes, and solutions.
Coordinate with SEO Tech and SEO Content teams to ensure project progress, address bottlenecks, and deliver optimal project solutions.
Ensure all project documentation and data (files, folders, digital and physical documents – if any) are organized scientifically, meticulously, and stored in top condition.

Objective 3: Business & Financial Targets Alignment (Revenue, Cash Flow) (20%)

Closely track revenue and cash flow targets against the projected timeline, implementing corrective actions immediately when issues arise.
Coordinate with departments to complete files and paperwork – For partners: purchase requests, contracts, acceptance certificates for outsourced partners, payment files, etc. – For clients: Acceptance certificates, payment requests, official dispatches, etc.
Control and optimize project execution costs.

Objective 4: Consult & Propose SEO Plans and Other Services to Clients (10%)

Upon project completion or when clients request SEO execution for other products/services, the Account PM will extract and clarify the client’s brief.
Coordinate with management and internal departments to propose an appropriate execution plan for the client.

Candidate Requirements

Quản lý dự án

Có kỹ năng sắp xếp công việc khoa học (với khối lượng công việc lớn)

Quản lý thời gian: Quản lý thời gian hiệu quả để xử lý nhiều tài khoản khách hàng và dự án. – Ưu tiên nhiệm vụ: Khả năng ưu tiên các nhiệm vụ để đáp ứng thời hạn và cung cấp công việc chất lượng cao.

Biết phân tích data & đưa ra nhận xét/ nhận định từ data

Biết trình bày report bằng bảng biểu GG sheet/ powerpoint (trình bày khoa học, logic, thẩm mĩ)

Kỹ năng

Sử dụng thành thạo các kỹ năng văn phòng (Words, Excel, PowerPoint…)

Có kỹ năng giao tiếp (nói, viết) tốt với khách hàng, nội bộ & các bên cung cấp thứ 3

Có kỹ năng đàm phán, giải quyết vấn đề

Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm

Có tư duy phản biện, biết đặt câu hỏi tại sao lại làm vậy, có phương án/ giải pháp nào tốt hơn không

Có khả năng chịu áp lực và cường độ công việc cao

Biết sử dụng tiếng Anh (Nghe, nói, đọc, viết) là một lợi thế

Thái độ/Tính cách

Biết lắng nghe, hòa nhã, kiểm soát cảm xúc tốt

Nhạy bén, linh hoạt, nắm bắt tâm lý khách hàng

Logic, có chính kiến, có tư duy phản biện

Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chỉn chu

Kiên nhẫn, khéo léo, làm việc có tâm

Interest

Income:

From 15 – 20 million VND/month
Fixed salary (negotiable based on capability)
