Job title: Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL)
Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Full-time work)
Immediate supervisor: Marketing Manager
Job Description: Qualified Lead Marketing Officer (MQL for short) plays the role of receiving customer information (lead) from sources, contacting, collecting and processing initial information according to the process with customers. After that, customers will be classified and forwarded to the Sales Department.
The MQL position requires the candidate to have basic knowledge of all the products and services that SEONGON is providing.
Key Accountabilities:
- Quickly and professionally contact customers according to the standardized procedure
- Accurately evaluate and classify Leads from Marketing sources to convert into SAL (Sales Accepted Leads) for Sales Department
- Update customer information fully and accurately in the data file in accordance with the regulations in the process of receiving MQL
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receiving and consulting customers:
Receiving and consulting customers (leads) who need all SEONGON’s services from Marketing sources according to the agreed process. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Contact customers from Marketing sources quickly and professionally. Avoid the situation of delayed or dropped customers
- Record customer opinions and information, thereby confirming customer needs
- Consult in detail about the services SEONGON provides and propose suitable solutions for customers
- Skillfully maintain communication to gain customer trust with SEONGON
- Instructions on how to register, open courses for students, and transfer student support requests to the Technical Department during the learning and practice process.
2. Searching for potential customers:
Actively planning and searching for new customers under the coordination of the head of the department through the following tasks:
- Plan to proactively search for leads according to the business situation in the month/quarter
- Implement new customer search activities
- Customer care to transfer customer information to the transfer step
3. Transfer guests to the appropriate reception department
- Analyze and make preliminary assessments about customers, their requirements and conditions. Then transfer the SAL and student to the appropriate receiving department
- Transfer guests properly and quickly
- Monitor the process of Sales and Training Division receiving SAL, ensuring no delay in appointments with customers. Receive and process customer feedback on the consulting process of the Business and Training Division
4. Timely update customer information
- Fully and accurately update customer information on the report file in accordance with regulations
- With incorrect or missing information, it is necessary to contact the customer to verify and update the report file
- Record and update all information when contacting guests through all channels: email, SMS, calls, meetings, etc…
5. Reporting and optimization
- Report to the department head according to requirements and within the prescribed time according to the process
- Actively discuss with relevant departments such as the Sales Division, and Technical Division, and propose improvement methods to improve work efficiency.
- Conduct service quality surveys, and brand surveys and coordinate with relevant departments to come up with plans to improve service quality and brand reputation.
6. Support and coordinate work: Support other jobs under the direction of the department head, including:
- internal tasks in the department, other departments, and internal activities.
- Maintain the Company’s image, reputation, and service standards
- Always comply with the Company’s standards, regulations, and procedures
7. Commitment to information security
- Commitment to the confidentiality of the client’s project information.
- Commitment to the confidentiality of the customer list.
- Commitment to the confidentiality of business and financial indicators of the department and the company.
- Commit to not doing outside projects (personally or using SEONGON’s name) along with the products and services the company is providing.
8. Other responsibilities
- Receive Leads interested in SEONGON’s online courses on the website academy.seongon.com
- Instructions on how to register, open courses for students, and transfer student support requests to the Technical Department during the learning and practice process
II. REQUIREMENTS
Gender: Female/Male/Others
Qualification: College/University
Experiences:
- Worked as salesman, consultant, telesales presentative, bank teller, and customer service,… for at least 6 months
- Experience in sales or working in the Digital industry is an advantage
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Marketing, Digital marketing channels: Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Website…
Critical competencies needed:
- Have communication, persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Have proficiency in using office information technology
- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to process large volumes of information
- High ability to withstand work pressure
- Good Working skills, in coordinating group work and communicating with other departments
- Proficient in reading, listening, and writing English skills. Proficient in speaking English is an advantage

III. BENEFITS
- Fixed salary: 8.000.000 – 12.000.000 VND
- Commission: According to the policy for each position (15% of the Marketing Department’s commission)
- Promotion to the highest-paid position in the company: Account
- Bonus: Unexpected bonus to recognize efforts and efficiency in work (can be up to 200% of fixed salary)
